Holistic Nutrition is about more than just diet. Knowing what and how to eat for your unique needs is important, but I also look at the whole person, so balance is restored in all areas instead of just one. I want to know about your lifestyle, environment, emotions, and spiritual practices in order to make customized recommendations that are as unique as you.

It all began with curiosity.

After spending over a decade in communications and change management consulting roles, I realized although I love helping people solve problems, the context wasn’t right. Becoming a mom to two daughters further highlighted my shifting priorities and focus. I became interested in nutrition and started noticing how different foods made me feel. I read, researched, and listened to everything I could to resolve my own symptoms until finally deciding to leave my business career and pursue Holistic Nutrition at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. I graduated as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner in 2021, and am also a member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners.

When I followed my curiosity, I had no idea it would lead me to heal my physical ailments as well as my emotional ones. Holistic Nutrition grabbed my attention because of its focus on the mind, body, and spirit. I learned not only how to choose foods to suit my own unique needs, but also became aware of the impact information, thoughts, and emotions have on overall health. Lifestyle became as much of a focus in healing for me as nutrition, and that is something I emphasize with my clients.
